Shipping and Delivery

We use standard UPS Ground (United Parcel Service), FedX Ground (Federal Express) and USPS (United States Postal Service).

We will ship your entire order to anywhere in the Continental U.S. for one Flat Price of $12.95 Standard Ground via UPS, FedX or USPS. If you are in a hurry to get your order you may choose an expedited shipping method below:

Expedited Rates:

2 Day Air: $29.95

Next Day Air: $49.95

Alaska & Hawaii: Add $9.95

All orders will be shipped from Las Vegas Nevada within 24 -72 hours from the date of processing. Standard Shipping time varies per destination. You will be able to track your order once it has shipped.

Yes, we can ship internationally. The cost and method will vary depending on destination. Please call our Customer Service line for the total cost. Monday through Friday, 10am – 5pm. PST..

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are only accepted on new, unused full priced merchandise in the original container with sales receipt. All clearance sale items are FINAL SALE. Clearance items are determined by Desert Birkenstock - which includes any styles or colors that have been discontinued or items that we are not choosing to go forward with. Any promotional sales merchandise will qualify for in store exchanges only. No returns.

To return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt, simply mail to the address below in the original shipping container with a Return / Exchange form;

If you are exchanging merchandise we will ship your replacement at no charge within the U.S. via UPS Ground, FedX Ground or USPS.

Credit will be issued on the same payment type as on your original order. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Warranty Disclaimer

We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with any product you purchase from Desert Birkenstock, simply return it within 30 days and we’ll exchange or refund your money.

Contrary to popular belief there is no lifetime warranty on any of the shoes or products that we carry. We will be happy to assist with any defects that may occur. Most defect happen in the first 30-60 days. Please see us immediately if you have any concerns.

Products must be unworn and returned in the original box with proof of purchase. Any shipping charges are not refundable.

Privacy Policy

All order transaction information is secure. Our software will encrypt your credit card transaction and order information so you can rest assured your order is handled securely. The closed lock in the lower right hand corner of the payment page will confirm that you are using a secure web page to transfer your information.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards and Apple Pay in store in addition to PayPal online.

Our customer information is confidential to Desert Birkenstock. We do not share your information with any company or services.
