Unless you have had the exact one you are ordering -
We highly recommend that you come in and try on.  The arches will feel different and sometimes your arch length is not the same as your shoe length.  This means that you might take a different size than you expect. Plus many people end up buying a different orthotic than they came in for  - just because of how it felt.
